Tombim implements her quality management system in a strategic way which is consistent with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. The Tombim quality management system is integrated with her other business processes and management systems such as environmental, occupational health & safety, financial & risk management etc. Key issues as meeting customer's requirements, ISO 9001:2015 Standard, Legal and Statutory regulations are the bedrock of the Tombim Quality Management System and it focuses on: product and service conformity, consistency, enhancing customer satisfaction and continual improvement.
Tombim Quality Management Principles
Tombim implements a set of Quality Management Principles in order to establish an effective management system that focus on customer needs, expectations and satisfaction.
Customer Focus: Tombim depends on her customers and therefore strives to understand the current and future customer needs, endeavors to meet the customer requirements and strive to exceed customer expectations.
Leadership: Tombim Top Management establish unity of purpose and direction for Tombim. They create and maintain the internal environment in which people can become fully involved in achieving Tombim’s objectives.
To ensure leadership at every level, the Top Management comprising of the MD and the Executive Directors, Managers, Process/Departmental Heads and Individuals within Tombim takes responsibility for overseeing the day to day running of Tombim at their various levels.
Engagement of People: People at all levels are the essence of Tombim and their full involvement enables their competencies and abilities to be used to deliver value for the Tombim’s benefit and allow Tombim to achieve her goals including quality objectives.

Tombim Management also ensured that personnel are trained, empowered and are provided with the necessary resources to manage the Quality Management System. Capacity building, training and personnel development, proper and adequate resource provision, and continual improvement drives are part of Tombim’s core focus on delivering unbeatable services.
Process approach: Tombim efficiently achieves her desired result by managing activities and related resources as a process. The Tombim’s process approach incorporates the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle and risk-based thinking. The process interactions and sequence comprise of the input-output relationships that tie the processes together to achieve Tombim’s business objectives. Understanding and managing the interrelated processes as a system contributes to Tombim’s effectiveness and efficiency in achieving her intended results. This approach enables Tombim to control the interrelationships and interdependencies among the processes of the system, so that the overall performance of Tombim can be enhanced and improved upon. Improvement: Continual improvement of the Tombim’s overall performance is a permanent objective of Tombim. Undertaking internal audits at regular intervals assists Tombim with identifying non-conformities and opportunities for improvement.
Tombim continually improves the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of its Quality Management System through the analysis and evaluation of results, implementation of corrective actions and feedbacks, integrating of new changes into the System, exploring avenues to satisfy the clients more and become more competitive in the industry.
Tombim deploys and plows back the correction(s), corrective action(s), continual improvements, breakthrough change(s), innovation and re-organization in its Quality Management System to ensure that it is continually improved. Decisions from Management Reviews, findings from internal audits, results of monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation, customer feedbacks, reports of nonconformities etc. are reviewed and action plans implemented, identified changes are implemented to ensure improvement within the system. New ideas are welcomed, new and improved technologies are embraced, outdated processes are discarded, and training and development are provided to employees to ensure that Tombim satisfies the clients today and also take care of their future needs. These inputs for improvements are also discussed in the Management Reviews.
Evidence-based Decision Making: Tombim makes effective decisions based on the analysis of data and information. Tombim makes decisions based on facts, plan changes and verify the effectiveness of change. The results of process performance, monitoring, measuring, performance evaluations and analysis are used to make informed decisions in Tombim.
Relationship Management: Tombim and her interested parties (including suppliers) are interdependent and an existing mutually beneficial relationship enhances the ability of both to create value. Tombim maintains effective communication with her stakeholders with a view to maintaining and improving her quality management system (QMS). The needs and expectations of the relevant interested parties are identified and effectively managed by Tombim.
