Tombim has a 10,930.608 square meter Fabrication Yard and a 474740-meter perimeter area Site. The site layout is properly arranged to accommodate the required infrastructure, structures, machines, and associated facilities.

The Fabrication workshop is a 1011.400 square meter area workshop that is adequately ventilated, illuminated and aerated. The Fabrication workshop accommodates a 2nos 10Ton overhead cranes, a 3nos. 6-packed welding machine and various numbers of single welding machines, work benches and a host of fabrication equipment.

Tombim has a blasting & painting bay that comprises of a 315.950 square meter area workshop with fully equipped blasting and painting equipment and 1no. 10Ton overhead crane. Also, Tombim has a finished product storage Warehouse of 2725 square meter covered storage area. Also, a 2000 square meter raw material dump area and 4640 square meter open space fabrication area is contained within the Fabrication Yard. The infrastructure is maintained as applicable to ensure that they serve their various intended purposes.
